Apple's Standard EULA

By downloading or using Mathing you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and to these notes. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on behalf of a child.

Subscriptions and free trial

Full access to Mathing requires an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly). New subscribers may be offered a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Canceling a free trial before it ends means you will not be charged. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

Family use

One subscription unlocks Mathing for up to 4 child profiles on the same device. Family Sharing may be available as offered by Apple.

For parents and guardians

Mathing is designed for children ages 4 to 10 and is meant to support, not replace, a child's schooling. Grown-ups are responsible for supervising how and how long their children use the app.

Content and availability

We work hard to keep Mathing accurate, safe and fun, and we may add, change or remove levels, games and prizes over time. The app and this website, including our free guides and printables, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our guides are general educational information, not professional advice for a specific child.

Using our guides and printables

You are welcome to print our guides and printables for personal, classroom and homeschool use. Please do not resell them or republish them on other websites; linking to them is always welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Mathing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Mathing after an update means you accept the new terms.
